Knead To De-stress, LLC Policies
Knead To De-stress, LLC massage therapy is scheduled by appointment only.
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify me, by phone or text, at least 24 in advance of your scheduled session. There is a 50% cancellation fee for missed appointments.. Exceptions are made for illness or extenuating circumstances, at my discretion. We all know life can get crazy at times. Clients are not required to pay a cancellation fee with a valid medical note.
If you arrive late for your appointment, Knead To De-stress, LLC practitioners will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.
Unfortunately, insurance is not accepted for massage therapy services. You may be able to utilize your FSA or HSA to cover massage, but that would have to be approved through your insurance prior to treatment.
If this is your first appointment, please complete my Client Health & Intake Form, at least 24 hours before your session to allow me to become familiar with your needs.
Illness and Health Concerns
Kindly let me know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, I respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.
